What To Expect

Mutianyu Great Wall
At 8:30 am, the tour guide will pick you up from your Beijing downtown hotel lobby, have a comfortable air-conditioned transportation to start the trip.

Drive around 1.5 hours to the Mutianyu Great Wall, which works as the northern barrier defending the capital and the imperial tombs, it is less crowded and known for its beautiful surroundings with vegetation, green pines and cypresses covering 90 percent. Hike up the Great Wall along the stone steps, enjoy the beautiful scenery and the tensely distributed Watchtowers.

Summer Palace (Yiheyuan)
Later have a break and enjoy lunch at local restaurant. Then continue to visit China’s largest and most well-preserved royal park – the Summer Palace (Yiheyuan). It started as a luxurious royal garden for royal families to rest and entertain in 1750, and later became the main residence of royal members in the end of the Qing Dynasty. Wander around the park, enjoy the natural beauty and the grandeur of royal garden.

After that, have a relaxing transfer back to your hotel to conclude the tour.
