+ this hike-through route is from Zhengbei Tower of JianKou at XiZhaZi Village. ZhengBei Tower is also the largest and the most complete watchtower along this section. The gentler path on the east leads to the Ox Horn Edge Wall, the east end of this section, and joint with mutianyu section.
+ bring enough bottle water, some foods, walking stick, sun glasses, rain coat, etc
+ downtown hotel or airport pick-up, depart on early morning, such as 6:00am
+ round-trip, including the toll, gas and parking fee
+ you should study the hike routes in advance from the internet or videos

time-table sample:

7:00 - 9:30 pick up at downtown hotel and head to XiZhaiZi villiage

9:30 - 13:30 hike from ZhengBei Tower to MuTianYu, the driver will drop you off at XiZhaZi and pick you up at MuTianYu

13:30 - 15:30 head back to downtown hotel
